Martin Monroe Kemmeries – Repeat Sex Offender – Shoppers BEWARE

A registered sex offender has been arrested for allegedly taking an obscene picture at a Morgan Hill store with an unsuspecting woman in the background, police said today.

Martin Monroe Kemmeries, 29, of Gilroy, still had a GPS sex-offender tracking device attached to his body when he accosted a female shopper at the TJ Maxx store at the Vineyard Town Center, said Morgan Hill police Cmdr. David Swing.

Kemmeries approached her in the women’s section of the store about 6 p.m. Tuesday and stood next to her, Swing said.

The woman felt uncomfortable that he was so close to her and turned around. She discovered that he was holding his genitals and appeared to be taking a picture of her and his genitals with his camera phone, police said.

The suspect fled as the woman notified store personnel.

American Medical Response paramedics who were in the area saw Kemmeries running and called police, Swing said. Officers set up a perimeter and were told by witnesses that the suspect was hiding in a 24-Hour Fitness gym.

He was arrested without incident.

Kemmeries has two prior felony convictions for exposing himself and was on parole for one of those violations, authorities said. His parole was revoked, and he was booked at Santa Clara County Jail on a felony of indecent exposure and a parole violation.

Anand Jon Alexander – Fashion Designer Sexual Predator on Trial

Alexander also is under indictment in New York
on similar charges involving nine women and
is under investigation by authorities in
Texas and Massachusetts.

Fashion designer Anand Jon Alexander ditched his profession and turned into a serial predator, hunting for girls and young women to have humiliating and painful sex with him, a prosecutor said Friday during opening statements of his trial.

Prosecutor Frances Young told the jury that Alexander was excited by luring aspiring fashion models to his Beverly Hills apartment and then forcing them to perform oral sex, inappropriately touching them or raping them.

Young said the 34-year-old designer kept a “conquest list” in which he noted some of his encounters with the girls and women, abbreviating the explicit sexual acts.

“He talks about violently having sex with underage girls,” Young said.

“These things are windows into his soul and what excites him,” the prosecutor said.

Alexander is accused of meeting women on the Internet and assaulting them when they visited California seeking modeling opportunities between 2001 and 2007.

Before opening statements, prosecutors dropped four more counts that had been pending against Alexander. He now faces 25 counts including forcible rape and committing lewd acts on a child. The nine alleged victims were 14 to 21 years old. Last month, prosecutors dropped more than half the original charges.

He has pleaded not guilty. He could face life in prison if convicted.

Defense attorney Leonard Levine countered in his opening statement that the only humiliation in the case was that the women never became models and were angry at Alexander because he made them do various chores while they visited him.

“They weren’t lured to be here, they wanted to be here,” Levine said. “They were too angry that they had been used.

“We build our celebrities up, but in many cases we can’t wait to tear them down.”

Levine added that if there was any sex involving Alexander, it was consensual, noting that some of the underage girls claimed they were 18 years old. Levine also questioned why many of the victims didn’t go straight to police, but instead only came forward after Alexander was arrested.

“Were they not reported because nothing happened?” asked Levine.

The investigation began last year when a woman claimed she had been sexually assaulted at Alexander’s apartment. He was jailed in June 2007 and has remained behind bars.

Prosecutors played two videos allegedly taken by Alexander in which he directs two girls to show their bodies to him. In one, a 17-year-old girl disrobed. Young said the fashion designer then began touching the girl.

“She will tell you this was the worst experience of her life,” Young said.

Alexander, wearing a dark suit and his jet black hair in a ponytail, smiled in the direction of his sister as he entered the courtroom.

Alexander also is under indictment in New York on similar charges involving nine women and is under investigation by authorities in Texas and Massachusetts.

Born in India, Alexander graduated from the Parsons School of Design in New York and launched a fashion line in 1999. He was considered an up-and-coming designer and was named a person to watch by Newsweek.

Larry Mitchell – 40 year history of molesting children – Confesses – TIMES UP PEDO

Wednesday was the first day in court for the man who confessed to molesting at least 7 children over 40 years.

Evansville Police arrested Larry Mitchell Tuesday on eight counts of child molesting. His alleged victims were ages three to ten years old at the time.

Officers say during their investigation, Mitchell confessed to molesting the children, saying he exposed himself to at least two more.

Police filed the charges initially after a 16-year-old girl told officers at the new Holly’s House, an abuse advocacy center, that Mitchell molested her eight years ago. She said he performed oral sex on her and forced her to perform oral sex on him multiple times in a shed in his yard. Mitchell also allegedly said his wife participated in some of the crimes. However, since the most of the victims are over 31, the statute of limitations in those cases are up and police say she can not be charged.

If you have any information on Larry Mitchell, please contact Detective Brian Turpin at 435-6261.

Concetta handed over children to Worman to sexually abuse

Concetta handed over children from her baby-sitting service to her former live-in boyfriend so he could sexually abuse

Prosecutors said several of the dozen children who were molested and raped were infants, one just 3 months old. More than 1 million images were found on Worman’s computer, including thousands of videos that Worman produced of himself raping children, prosecutors said.

A woman who prosecutors say handed over children from her baby-sitting service to her former live-in boyfriend so he could sexually abuse them pleaded guilty in federal court Tuesday to producing child pornography.

Concetta Jackson, 45, who ran a baby-sitting service out of her home in suburban Collingdale, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court to one count of manufacturing child pornography. The charge carries a minimum sentence of 15 years in prison; she had been initially charged with some 30 similar counts.

Speaking barely above a whisper, Jackson said little in court other than replying to Judge Lawrence F. Stengel’s questions with “Yes, sir,” or “No, sir.”

Her former boyfriend, John Jackey Worman, 39, of Colwyn, has been charged in a federal indictment with more than 50 counts of producing and possessing child pornography.

Prosecutors said several of the dozen children who were molested and raped were infants, one just 3 months old. More than 1 million images were found on Worman’s computer, including thousands of videos that Worman produced of himself raping children, prosecutors said.

Police said Worman had installed a video camera in Jackson’s bathroom wall that allowed him, between 2003 and 2005, to videotape children as they used the toilet, undressed and showered. Jackson allowed Worman to videotape the children in exchange for rent, according to court documents.

Jackson also turned over supervision of infant girls in her care to Worman, and knew he was taking them to another room to sexually abuse them and document the abuse in photographs and videos, prosecutors said.

Dorothy Prawdzik, 43, of Drexel Hill, also has been charged in the federal indictment with helping Worman produce the child sex videos. Prawdzik, who prosecutors say was another one-time girlfriend of Worman, undressed the children and posed them in front of the cameras, authorities said.

Stengel also ordered Jackson to continue with psychological counseling, register as a sex offender and have no contact with her four children, ages 15 to 19, or any victims or witnesses in the case until after the trial of Worman and Prawdzik.

Prosecutors will seek a sentence of more than 20 years when Jackson is sentenced in December, Assistant U.S. Attorney Michelle Rotella said.

Public defender Mark Wilson said his client was also a victim of Worman, who was hired to do construction work at Jackson’s home and moved in not long afterward. Wilson described Jackson as a single mother with a 10th-grade education, divorced amid physical abuse allegations and living on disability assistance after being injured at her convenience store job.

“He saw that, and he took advantage of that vulnerability,” Wilson said. “She’s not a predator and she’s not a pedophile.”

Rotella declined to comment on Wilson’s characterization, citing Worman’s and Prawdzik’s upcoming trials, but said after the hearing that she was pleased with Jackson’s guilty plea.

Jury selection for the pair is slated to begin Thursday. Worman has been in custody since February 2006 and is being held in the Delaware County jail in lieu of $4 million bail.
