Paul A. Marmon, 62 Posed as 19 year old Now he’s a BUSTED retired pastor pervert

A retired pastor from South Whitehall Township, using the screen name “allentownhotguy,” allegedly posed as a 19-year-old man to engage in sexually explicit conversations with a 15-year-old girl.

Attorney General Tom Corbett said Paul A. Marmon, 62, of the 1800 block of Molinaro Drive, contacted the Montgomery County girl through Internet chat rooms and via text messages.

He allegedly told her “You are so much more mature than most people think,” “I wish I could be in your bedroom tonight,” and “I want to make love to you right now.”

Marmon also allegedly discussed marriage with the girl, left her presents at a park near her home, asked her if he could purchase special underwear for her and requested nude photos and underwear belonging to her.

Corbett said the girl became concerned about the conversations after speaking with Marmon on the phone. Suspicious about his actual age, the girl told her parents, who notified authorities.

On Aug. 18, with the consent of the girl’s family, an undercover agent from the Child Predator Unit assumed the girl’s Yahoo Internet profile. At that time, agents discovered messages allegedly sent by Marmon that discussed his efforts to leave gifts for the girl at a park near her home.

According to the criminal complaint, agents used directions provided by Marmon to locate a bag hidden under bushes in the park. Inside the bag was a necklace, dried flowers and other items allegedly described by Marmon during online chats.

Corbett said Marmon told the undercover agent, posing as the girl, that he would buy her special lingerie. He allegedly instructed her to masturbate while wearing the items, telling her, “You must think of me as you do it … each time.” Marmon also allegedly asked the girl if she would be able to keep these gifts secret from her parents.

According to the criminal complaint Marmon asked the girl on Aug. 27 if she would leave a pair of her panties at the location where he had previously left gifts. He also allegedly asked the girl if she could borrow a friend’s digital camera in order to take nude photos of herself and send them to him.

At that time, Marmon allegedly indicated that he wanted to use the panties and photos to masturbate, and offered to leave several gifts in return, including underwear and other items from Victoria’s Secret.

On Sept. 2, agents saw an individual matching Marmon’s description leaving a park in Lower Providence Township, driving a vehicle registered in his name. Upper Perkiomen Regional police stopped the car and allegedly found a bag containing items that had been left at the park by agents from the child predator unit. Several bags containing Victoria’s Secret underwear and other gift items were found during a search of the park.

Agents and South Whitehall Township police also executed a search warrant at Marmon’s home and seized two computers and digital storage devices. Those items will be analyzed by the Attorney General’s Computer Forensics Unit as part of an ongoing investigation.

A spokesman for the Attorney General’s Office would not say which church Marmon was previously affiliated with, except to confirm it is located in the Lehigh Valley.

Marmon is charged with two counts of unlawful contact with a minor and one count of criminal use of a computer, all third-degree felonies which are each punishable by up to seven years in prison and $15,000 fines. He was arraigned on Sept. 3 before Collegeville Magisterial District Judge Benjamin Crahalla and sent to Montgomery County prison in lieu of $1million bail.

Milton Thomas – Repeat Sex Offender – Failed to Register and STRUCK AGAIN

A Level 3 sex offender who failed to notify police that he was living in Red wing is accused of sexually assaulting a local woman.

Milton Thomas, 40, was charged earlier this month with third-degree criminal sexual conduct.

State law requires registered sex offenders to file their address with authorities upon moving to a new community. Police say Thomas, who is no longer required to report to a probation officer, did not meet that requirement.

“He did not register with us, or we would have had a communitywide notification meeting,” said Craig Lunde, Red Wing police investigative sergeant.

Thomas has been in and out of prison since the mid-1990s for sexually related convictions and for not following conditions of his release. He also has a history of failing to register as a sex offender.

He was released from Minnesota Correctional Facility-Lino Lakes in July 2007. He is no longer under the supervision of the Department of Corrections because he has served all of his sentences.

“That’s very rare, but it happens,” said Shari Burt, DOC communications director.

Thomas is accused of forcing a 46-year-old Red Wing woman to have sex with him while the young girl she was baby-sitting slept just a few feet away, according to the criminal complaint filed in Goodhue County First District Court.

The woman, who told authorities she has Parkinson’s disease, was baby-sitting in the apartment complex Thomas occasionally stays at with his girlfriend, the complaint states.

Thomas allegedly came into the apartment around 1:30 a.m. while the woman was sleeping on the couch. According to the complaint, he pulled her pants down and forced her to have sex with him.

The woman said she knew Thomas had been released from Lino Lakes and that he was a sex offender.

Thomas allegedly told authorities during an interview that raping an older woman was not his usual method — that he has sex with teenagers instead, according to the complaint.

He has a history of sexual contact with juvenile victims ages 13 and 14, according to information from the Minnesota Department of Corrections.

If convicted, Thomas faces a maximum of 15 years in prison and a $30,000 fine. He is scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m. Sept. 19 for an omnibus hearing.

Thomas is currently being held in Goodhue County jail on a $300,000 bond.

Shawn Allen Rudd = Repeat Sex Offender – Pedophile

“the defendant told the victim that if he told anyone
that he would kill him”

A Middletown man registered as a Megan’s Law sex offender and jailed Monday for allegedly molesting two juvenile boys was charged Friday with sexually assaulting a young girl four years ago in Upper Chichester, authorities said.

Shawn Allen Rudd, 44, of the 200 block of East Dutton Mill Road, was arraigned on the latest offenses, including indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child and aggravated indecent assault.

Magisterial District Judge David Griffin set bail at $250,000 cash. A preliminary hearing is scheduled Sept. 23.

Rudd was a maintenance worker at the Brandywine Manor Apartments and came into contact with the girl when she was there visiting a relative, some four years ago, according to the affidavit of probable cause for arrest, written by Upper Chichester Detective Thomas R. McNichol.

Rudd has been jailed since his Sept. 8 arrest on charges involving the two boys. Court documents allege the boys have been molested by Rudd since the winter of 2006.

According to documents, McNichol began an investigation Sept. 2, when the girl and a relative appeared at police headquarters to report a sexual assault. The girl she was showing Rudd how she performed cartwheels when he grabbed her, pulled down her pants and kissed her private area.

When she attempted to run, she said he grabbed her and offered her money. He also asked her not to tell anyone, the affidavit states.

At that time, McNichol learned of Rudd’s registration on Megan’s Law Web site, and that he was under investigation by state police.

Rudd was convicted of aggravated indecent assault in October 1998. Pennsylvania law does not require Megan’s Law Web site to indicate whether the victim for offenders convicted before Nov. 30, 2006, is a minor.

When Rudd was arrested Sept. 8 on charges involving the boys, McNichol conducted a joint interview with Trooper Joseph McCunney, of the PSP criminal investigation unit. At that time, Rudd admitted to allegations in both cases, according to McNichol’s arrest affidavit.

In the Upper Chichester case, Rudd told investigators he remembered assisting the young girl doing cartwheels. He recalled her wearing a dress or a skirt and that he would hold her ankles when she did the flips.

Another time, he said the girl was wearing stylish pants, which he described as a “foo-foo outfit,” according to the affidavit. The girl again did cartwheels, and he assisted. She was on the floor when he removed her pants and began to touch and kiss her inappropriately.
Rudd demonstrated the kissing motion, the affidavit states.

In the Middletown incident, documents state the boys, 12 and 11 years old, have been afraid of the 200-pound defendant since the alleged abuse began, in the winter of 2006, according to the arrest affidavit, written by McCunney.

When one of the boys said he was going to tell his father what had happened, “the defendant told the victim that if he told anyone that he would kill him,” the affidavit states.

The most recent incident occurred in early August of this year, according to the document.
McCunney’s investigation also began Sept. 2, when state police were contacted by parents. McCunney and a caseworker for the Delaware County Children and Youth Services interviewed the boys on Sept. 4.

A preliminary hearing on the Middletown case is scheduled Tuesday before Magisterial District Judge Walter Strohl. Bail on those charges was set at $500,000 cash.

Rodney Pipino – Possession of Child Pornography

“The stuff on Pipino’s computer would make
the most deviant sex offender
sick to his stomach”

A 47-year-old city man who resides in close proximity to a local elementary school was arrested Thursday on child porn charges, police said.

Rodney Pipino, of 31 Row B Way, was arrested at Oakwood Cemetery, where he works as a groundskeeper, and was charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child, a felony, after an investigation by city police and the State Police Computer Crime Unit uncovered a large amount of child pornography at his home.

Pipino’s residence sits less than one mile away from the Turnpike Elementary School, located at 55 New Turnpike Road, according to Troy Police spokesman Sgt. Dave Dean.

Troy police detectives and State Police investigators served a search warrant at Pipino’s home Wednesday, where they seized a number of his possessions including computers and other related items.

“The stuff on Pipino’s computer would make the most deviant sex offender sick to his stomach,” said Dean.

While there are no allegations that Pipino has abused any children in the area, police have asked that Pipino’s neighbors and local parents speak to their children to find out if they had any suspect contact with him and are prepared to make referrals to child abuse experts in the area if needed.

Anyone with further information regarding children that have been in contact with Pipino is asked to contact Troy detectives at 270-4426.

During his arraignment under city Police Court Judge Christopher Maier, Pipino said that he had lived in the city for about six years and that he had family in the area.

Maier ultimately remanded Pipino to the Rensselaer County Jail on $5,000 bail and scheduled a preliminary hearing on his charge for Sept. 16.

Before moving to Troy, Pipino was enlisted in the Navy for 21 years and lived in various places around the world including Japan and California during his service.

Dean noted that the 30-day investigation into Pipino would not have been successful without the help of the State Police Computer Crime Unit due to their dedication, assistance, and expertise in assisting local departments through similar investigations.

“It’s alarming that this behavior occurs at all, let alone at the edge of school property, but it is our greatest hope that investigations like these will ultimately save a child from the horrors that people like Pipino find so appealing,” said Dean.

Neil Havens Rodreick II Posed As 12-Yr.-Old Student For 2 Years

Rodreick spent six years in an Oklahoma prison for lewdly propositioning a 6-year-old boy in 1996. He won’t be eligible for parole this time until he serves the full 70 years, tantamount to a life sentence.

Does this man look like a 12-year-old to you? Believe it or not, he actually passed himself off as one and even enrolled in an Arizona public school.

Neil Havens Rodreick II is actually 30 years old and a child predator. He used the unbelievable ruse to get close to more victims. It lasted for two years before he was finally caught.

He’s pleaded guilty to seven charges, some stemming from the charade, and will now spend his time in a far different institution – a prison cell, where he’ll be for the next 7 decades.

Authorities never found that Rodreick actually molested any of his Yavapai County classmates, but they did discover a huge cache of child pornography in his home.

He confessed to fraud and misdeamour assault charges as a result of the impersonation, stemming from an incident in which he grabbed a girl’s buttocks at a charter school. The victim originally shrugged off the attack as the curious misbehaviour of a 12-year-old boy. But when cops told her his real age, she started to cry.

How did he pull off such an outrageous scam for so long? Authorities say Rodreick enrolled in a school in 2005, continually shaving to hide any five o’clock shadow and using pancake make-up to make him appear younger. He fooled teachers, administrators and fellow students into believing he was a boy named “Casey.”

The disguise held for two years, before suspicious paperwork in a seventh grade class finally tripped him up in 2007.

And he had help. His 36-year-old cousin posed as his father, and two other men played his uncle and grandfather. All are also under arrest and will face trial in November.
